"The stay here was great! Very quiet and peaceful and the home was extremely clean and very nice inside. Elevator made ease of getting to the third floor a breeze. Home has a great floor plan and layout for a larger family. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and a wonderful beach. Property owner is very kind and very proactive and responds almost instantly. Highly recommend this place! Looking forward to returning for another weekend getaway!"

"Really enjoyed our stay in Ocean Isle Beach at Cliff’s place! The unit was exactly as described, had incredible views of the beach/ocean, and was a 1 min walk down to the public access point. You need to bring sheets, towels, and paper products - but that was communicated beforehand and is pretty typical for beach rentals here. Overall: we had a fantastic stay, Cliff was a great host and very responsive, and would definitely recommend to others."

Kitchen was well stocked with all the items you would need and want. Beach access and pool both convenient easy walk from condo. Umbrellas and beach chairs on hand were helpful and appreciated. The only downside was that no linens and towels were provided."

"Oh the morning coffee on the deck was our favorite thing to do, looking at the ocean, visiting with family. It was cousins weekend and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We have never had to rent linen before but was easy to do and they arrived before us. Paper products and garbage bags were scarce. We had to bring some. Overall it was a wonderful weekend with family. All restaurants were superb. We would stay here again. Cliff was very communicative and responsive and friendly. Thanks Cliff"

"Very pleased with the location to the beach and the pool. Lots and lots of room for the 10 of us. One was a 2 year old. Some minor repairs where noted and sent to the property manager. Well equipped with lots of instructions on the use of AC and televisions. Even though it was a 3rd floor unit, the elevator was a life saver. Parking was not so pleasant as we had 4 vehicles and had to park one behind the other and when someone had to leave we had to move vehicles around. Will be sure to look into this unit again next year."

The location was A+ perfect; beautiful views of the beach and a quick walk down to the water - so convenient that we could easily go back and forth as our day necessitated (instead of it feeling like a major undertaking to get down to the beach). Cliff was great to work with; he provided extremely fast and helpful responses The property was clean, organized, and well equipped. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. Tip: bring your bikes as we found Ocean Isle to be bike friendly and we rode bikes to: slushy, pier, miniature golf."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nicely furnished and had a fantastic ocean view. Lots of items in the kitchen and flat screen tvs throughout were appreciated. The only item that could use an upgrade would be the router for the wifi. We had to keep rebooting it for it to work. We will definitely come back on our next visit to NC. Also, Cliff was very helpful with any questions we had."

"Cliff – wanted to let you know how much we have enjoyed our week at the Spain Family Condo. This is our FAVORITE place to stay. The whole Denny family comes, even great Gma and the Bubba pug. Love that everyone has their own bedroom, bath and TV. There are 9 of us + a pug and we never feel crowded. The location is perfect. The large deck almost always has a breeze. Can see the kids on the beach. Close to the pool. Our granddaughter learned to ride a bike here because the condo is located on a private road so she could ride without fear of being hit be a car. The 3 year old swam for the first time in the huge pool at the clubhouse. We have made so many memories on Ocean Isle and in this condo. Have already booked it for next year. 2016 will be our 3rd year in this lovely condo that is in the perfect location. Thank you for always being just an email away if we need you.
