We loved the private dock and location to the pool. The beach was just a short walk away. We loved our bike rides through the neighborhood. The hammock was my personal favorite! The house was perfect for our family of nine. We will definitely return!

One of the greatest features of the house is its location right at the Intercostal waterway. It does not get any better than to sit on the patio and watch the sunset. It is only a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the center of town. Cliff was very quick to respond to any of our questions and did go out of his way to make sure we have a wonderful time. Highly recommended."

"This house was a perfect size for our group of 6 but could have housed 10 comfortably. The back deck was spacious and showcased the best sunsets on Ocean Isle Beach! It was a nightly highlight of our stay. The walk to the beach and pool are both easy. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay here again soon!"

This has been our favorite house to stay in all of the years we have been coming to OIB. The sunset view looks like a Hollywood movie, it is just incredible. You can enjoy the view in many spots in the house (downstairs on a hammock or table, the back deck, the living room, and two of the bedrooms). The kitchen is brand new, and the beds are all very comfortable. It is close to the pool and the beach, allowing our children to enjoy a variety of activities. The owners pay attention to little comforts (such as a bathroom mirror that defogs) that made our stay even better than home. I don't know how we could ever stay anywhere else at OIB.
